Changes and Enhancements

Decision Support implements enhancements and corrections to the Data Warehouse tables, processing logic, EDDIE universes and Tableau dashboards on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Change Notes are issued on Mondays, if changes occurred the previous week.

Change Schedule

Changes in production can be implemented on Tuesdays or Thursdays. AITS may revise this schedule as needed to accommodate holidays and other variables.

Current Year Monthly Change Notes

Change Notes are issued on the Monday following the previous week’s deployments. Each month a new change note will be created to log those updates that occurred during that month. The change notes can be found below:

Change Notes

Change Notes are provided to users on the Monday after the implementation. This information is provided to allow users to know what changes were made and apply any needed modifications to their custom-developed reports, systems, or analysis. Change Notes do not expire and provide a change history for the Data Warehouse. Change Notes are listed in reverse chronological order (most recent at the top).
