#1USE MICROSOFT Teams AS A COLLABORATION HUB

MS Teams enables project teams to share tools, files and communications in one collaboration hub. Non-Microsoft applications can also be integrated into MS Teams. Clients can also collaborate within the hub. Visit the AITS SDLC team in Microsoft Teams for additional guidance and to submit questions.

#2MICROSOFT OFFICE 365 APPS ARE RECOMMENDED FOR CONTENT CREATION

Microsoft Office 365 applications are recommended for content creation, such as technical and functional requirements, project plans, videos, etc. The apps are free, acccessible enterprise-wide and Microsoft apps have a 25+ year track record within the UI System.

Non-Microsoft tools need to be integrated into the MS Teams collaboration hub, using an app's plug-in or a website URL.

#3CONSIDER USING THE REQUIREMENTS TEMPLATES PROVIDED

When creating project requirements documentation, there are requirements templates provided in the AITS SDLC Guide in MS Teams. They might not be a perfect fit for your needs, but it's recommended to at least review them and then decide.
